Job summary

The Sheridan Group in New Hampshire is hiring four team members for the 2nd shift to learn and operate high-speed bindery equipment. We will train you, with a $2,500 hiring bonus after 12 weeks, and overtime opportunities.

Expect a Monday–Friday 3:00 PM–11:00 PM schedule and a path to a long-term career in print manufacturing. You'll operate cutters, folders, stitchers, and binders, monitor quality, troubleshoot minor issues, and work with a team to meet daily production goals while following

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry.
• Mechanically inclined and able to use basic hand tools.
• Able to read instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes).

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, perfect binders).
• Adjust machines and monitor quality to keep production moving.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products for quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues on the production line.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
