Job summary

Sheridan New Hampshire is hiring for a Machine Operator on the 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM), Monday–Friday. We train you to run high-speed bindery equipment and start with a $2,500 hiring bonus after 12 weeks.

The role is full-time with overtime opportunities and a team-focused environment on a fast-paced production floor. You will learn to operate and set up bindery machinery (cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders), monitor quality, and help meet daily production goals while

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades).
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Able to read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes).
• Pride in doing quality work and reliable team player.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, perfect binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
