We are seeking a Utility Stewardto join our team. As a key member of the Eau Resort & Spa team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Forbes Five-Star resort.

Role Summary:

The Utility Steward will be responsible for completing special cleaning projects as assigned, following hotel specifications and standards. This role will include cleaning and maintaining equipment and dishwashing/kitchen/cafeteria/compactor/storage areas, while assisting in other stewarding functions as assigned.

We have a Full-Time opening available.

This role is a flexible position, and all candidates must be able to work weekends, holidays and mornings/midday shifts.

Work Schedule — 10:30 A.M. to 6:30 P.M.

This role is designated to support our lobby restaurant, Stir.

Essential Qualifications:

• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to ensure mutual understanding.
• Ability to count.
• High school graduate or equivalent vocational training.
• Previous experience in janitorial/cleaning position.
• Familiarity with proper sanitation regulations.
• Certification in sanitation.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
• Ability to perform duties with attention to details, speed, accuracy, follow-through, and cooperativeness.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Ability to adapt to meet priority changes of workflow or requirements.
