Four Seasons Westlake Village is seeking a STIR Supervisor to lead our coffee shop team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will inspire a service-driven culture and ensure smooth daily outlet operations in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

The ideal candidate brings 1–2 years of supervisory Food & Beverage experience, strong English communication, and a knowledge of beverage preparation and cost controls. This on-site role offers growth and comprehensive employee benefits.

Qualifikationen

• High School Education or equivalent experience.
• One to two years supervisory experience in Food & Beverage.
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of food & beverage service, cost control, labor control and accounting.
• Ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.
• Must have legal work authorization in the United States.

• Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Hotel's Coffee Shop to ensure cultural and core standards are met; plan daily activities for outlet operation.
• Be visible in the operation, recognize good performance, promote public relations, and handle guest concerns or special requests.
• Describe and ensure quality of all food items and beverage knowledge in an elegant environment and maintain guest experience excellence.
• Observe facility and equipment conditions and recommend improvements as needed.

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking a STIR Supervisor to lead our dynamic coffee shop team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. We are looking for a passionate and service-driven professional with a deep appreciation for artisanal coffee, handcrafted beverages, and high-quality hospitality. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, inspire a team through strong leadership, and ensure every guest enjoys a warm, welcoming, and memorable visit.

What you will do

• Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Hotel's Coffee Shop, STIR, to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met; daily activities and planning for outlet operation.


• The ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.


• Describe and ensure quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods, as well as provide expert knowledge of beverages in an elegantly appointed environment dedicated to an attentive and distinctive guest experience.


• Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.

What you bring

• High School Education or equivalent experience


• One to two years previous supervisory experience in Food & Beverage


• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language


• Knowledge of food & beverage service, cost control, labor control and accounting


• The ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems


• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
