Job summary

Foundation Finance Company, LLC is seeking a Stipulation Specialist to process and review stipulation documents and maintain strong dealer relationships. You will communicate via phone and email to resolve issues and support customers while meeting volume and quality targets.

The role involves reviewing terms, assisting with underwriting skills, and handling inbound calls and payments. Availability for regular schedule adherence and teamwork is required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business, finance, communication, marketing or related field OR 1 year’s experience in underwriting or lending.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common financial documents and to respond to inquiries from customers or management.
• Ability to perform basic math and understand algebra and geometry.

Responsibilities

• Process stipulation documents and review against company requirements.
• Develop understanding of stipulation policy to identify documents requiring supervisor review.
• Communicate with dealers to answer questions and resolve issues.
• Develop underwriting skills and higher levels of decision authority with management.
• Verify loan terms with new customers and process customer payments by phone.
• Maintain existing business and build new dealer relationships.
• Other duties as assigned by management and able to work under deadlines.
