Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Ability to sit and focus on a computer screen for extended periods of time.
• Strong leadership and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end quality control process for unsigned and signed stickers.
• Communicate with teams to resolve issues related to sticker autographs.
• Supervise QC Leads and manage temp labor, ensuring productivity.
• Manage color component and updates in Airtable/NCF.
• Track quality control KPIs and ensure on-time delivery of pack outs.
