Job summary

Shrive Technologies is seeking a STIBO STEP MDM Architect with 12+ years of experience to lead high‑quality MDM projects. You will drive design, architecture, and delivery of STEP MDM/PIM solutions, and work closely with customers to align technical solutions with business goals.

This role requires hands‑on configuration, integration, and governance across product, supplier, and customer data models, plus strong leadership to guide cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience implementing MDM solutions, including full lifecycle STEP MDM/PIM projects.
• Hands-on configuration, integration, and deployment of Stibo STEP MDM/PIM.
• Strong customer-facing, communication, and leadership skills.
• Deep understanding of product, supplier, and customer data models.

• Lead design, architecture, and delivery of STEP solutions.
• Conduct requirements gathering and high-level design workshops.
• Define data governance strategies, policies, and roles.

STIBO STEP MDM Architect JD: 12+ years of experience in implementing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, with a strong focus on Stibo STEP MDM/PIM solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, along with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, engage with customers, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, scalable solution. Skills and Requirements: Lead the design, architecture, and technical delivery of Stibo STEP MDM solutions, ensuring high-quality implementation aligned with best practices.

Required Experience and Skills

• 12+ years of experience in implementing MDM solutions, with at least 3-4 full lifecycle implementations of Stibo STEP MDM/PIM.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Stibo STEP MDM/PIM, including configuration, integration, and deployment.
• Stibo STEP MDM/PIM Implementation Experience Is Required.
• Excellent understanding of Product, Supplier, Customer Data model and experience in designing solutions
• Must have customer facing experience, management skills, and a strong technical background.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and team-facilitation skills
