Job summary

A leading technology solutions provider is seeking a STIBO STEP MDM Architect to lead the design and technical delivery of Master Data Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in implementing MDM solutions, particularly Stibo STEP MDM/PIM, including at least 3–4 full lifecycle implementations. Strong customer-facing skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams are essential. This position requires technical expertise combined with excellent communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in implementing MDM solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Stibo STEP MDM/PIM.
• Experience with at least 3–4 full lifecycle implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to deliver STEP solutions using best practices.
• Gather requirements and conduct high-level design workshops.
• Define data governance strategies, policies, roles, and controls.
