Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Sr. Stibo STEP Developer to support enterprise Product Master Data implementations using Stibo STEP. The role focuses on designing, configuring, developing, and deploying scalable MDM solutions for product onboarding, maintenance, retirement, governance, integrations, and data quality.

The Sr. Stibo STEP Developer will design STEP configurations, collaborate with architects, ensure performance and governance, and mentor junior developers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years MDM with 5+ years Stibo STEP development.
• Experience with STEP data modeling, workflows, rules, security and governance.
• Proficiency in JavaScript within STEP.
• Experience with REST APIs, XML, STEPXML, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Knowledge of Boomi, JDE, SAP, Specright, Snowflake and related platforms.
• Experience with product master data governance and data quality management.
• Agile delivery experience and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement STEP configurations and customizations.
• Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability and governance requirements.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
• Build STEP APIs and integrations (XML, REST, STEPXML, Boomi).
• Support data migration, mapping, transformation and data loads.
• Configure security and access controls.
• Participate in testing, deployment and production support.
