Job summary

Expedite Talent Solutions seeks a highly technical Lead Consultant for Data Management, MDM, and Stibo STEP PIM integration. This on-site/hybrid role spans master data governance, ERP and e-commerce data flows, and inventory lifecycle management.

You will build and optimize data pipelines, define data models, and implement automation using AI-driven agents. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in retail data domains, 8+ years with STEP PIM, and strong experience in RMS/RMFCS.

Qualifications

• Education: BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Retail domain expertise with 10+ years in core retail, covering merchandise hierarchies, inventory management, pricing, and supply chain operations.
• 8+ years hands-on development with JavaScript, XML, XSD, JSON, Linux, RESTful/SOAP Web Services.
• 8+ years direct Stibo STEP PIM configuration and architecture experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Oracle Retail Merchandising Cloud Services alongside Stibo STEP PIM integrations.
• Configure workflows, data models, and taxonomy across RMS/RMFCS and PIM platforms.
• Lead data governance, data synchronization, and lifecycle management for product data.
• Develop agent-based AI solutions to automate tasks and improve data enrichment.
• Collaborate with Product Management in an Agile environment (Jira, Git) and drive delivery.
