• Bachelor’s degree and 2 to 3 years of experience required.
• 2–3 years of fundraising and development processes experience.
• Strong research, analytical, and execution abilities; ability to learn activities and adapt systems.
• Excellent project management and ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze donor relations activities and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Audit funds and maintain refreshed records for endowed and term funds.
• Collaborate with Principal Gift and Development colleagues to share fund information.
• Assess donor relations at different giving levels to improve stewardship.
• Write gift acknowledgments and impact reports during peak periods.
• Liaise with donor database teams to support outreach.
• Understand gift types and advise on donor processes.
• Balance deep individual attention with broad donor audiences.
• Engage as a member of the Donor Relations team to foster learning and connection.
