The Stewardship Coordinator at MUSC Health supports donor recognition and stewardship for the MUSC Foundation. This role translates stewardship strategy into personalized donor experiences, prepares acknowledgments, and maintains accurate records in the CRM.
Reporting to the Associate Director of Stewardship, the coordinator develops monthly stewardship touchpoints, supports gift officers, and helps assemble stewardship and impact reports.
The Stewardship Coordinator ensures that every MUSC Foundation donor is thanked promptly and stewarded consistently, translating stewardship strategy into completed, well-documented donor experiences. Reporting to the Associate Director of Stewardship, this position executes day to day stewardship activities and maintains the data and records that support donor engagement efforts.

The position maintains stewardship metrics, dashboards, and CRM records, tracking key activities and outcomes while ensuring stewardship efforts are accurately documented and reported.
