Bahia Resort Hotel in San Diego, part of Evans Hotels, LLC, seeks a Stewarding Supervisor to oversee the stewarding department. You will supervise daily operations, ensure cleanliness and safety, and support kitchen, restaurant, and banquet activities.

The role requires coordinating with Culinary, Banquet, and Food & Beverage teams, managing inventory, and maintaining OSHA and health standards while leading a team on site.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising stewarding/foodservice teams is preferred.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily stewarding operations and assign tasks.
• Monitor sanitation, cleanliness, and organization of kitchens and banquet spaces.
• Coordinate with Culinary and Banquet teams for events and service setup.
• Manage stewarding inventory and equipment, ensuring proper storage.
