Qualifications

• Strong supervisory and leadership capabilities for a stewarding team.
• Experience supporting food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Background in stewarding within hotels, resorts, or similar venues.
• Knowledge of food & beverage sanitation standards and safety practices.
• Excellent communication with cross-functional teams.
• On-site work in a fast-paced setting, including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the stewarding team and ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness of back-of-house areas.
• Coordinate dishwashing operations and storage of china, glassware, and silverware.
• Train staff, assign tasks, and manage performance feedback.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; assist with waste management.
• Support daily service, events, and banquets by setting up and breaking down equipment.
