The Mills House, part of the Davidson Hospitality Group, in Charleston, SC, seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant dining room and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Lead daily operations, inspire your team, safeguard culinary excellence, and drive guest satisfaction through attentive service, strong leadership, and strategic management of costs and quality.

Qualifications

• 4 years experience in the food and beverage industry.
• 6 months to 1 year in a management position.
• Must be able to schedule, forecast, and budget department.
• Some wine and fine food knowledge helpful.
• Read, write and speak English.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
