World Equestrian Center Ocala is seeking a Stewarding Manager to lead the stewarding team and uphold premier cleanliness standards across all kitchen areas. You will oversee sanitation, equipment usage, and staff training to ensure efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring dishwashing, maintaining safety practices, and supporting team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Food safety certification preferred or required where applicable.
• Proven leadership experience in stewarding/food service operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stewarding team and provide guidance to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Ensure sanitation of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Monitor dishwashing, pot washing, and chemical usage per safety guidelines.
• Train team members and manage daily workflow to meet service levels.
• Maintain equipment knowledge and safe operation practices.
• Assist with additional duties as needed to ensure quality service.
