Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa is seeking an Assistant Executive Steward to support the Executive Steward in managing daily stewarding operations across back-of-house areas. You will lead the stewarding team, uphold Hyatt sanitation standards, and contribute to maintaining exceptional hospitality across the resort.

Qualifications

• Experience in stewarding or kitchen operations preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced resort environment.
• Familiarity with Hyatt sanitation standards and safe chemical handling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stewarding operations including dishwashing and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure sanitation standards meet Hyatt health regulations.
• Lead and coach stewarding staff; manage scheduling and performance.
• Coordinate with Culinary and F&B teams for events and meal periods.
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, and departmental reporting.
