The Steward or Dishwasher is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware, and cookware. This role will also maintain and clean all areas of the kitchen to adhere to health and safety standards. Individuals in this role must have the ability to lift, pull and push a moderate amount of weight. This is a fast-paced position that will involve standing for long durations.

The 31st floor is the home of the Artist’s Residence, a 1,400sq ft suite and event space with an outdoor terrace.
