Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a Steward Supervisor for Cape Rey Carlsbad Beach, A Hilton Resort & Spa. You will lead a team of stewards, oversee kitchen sanitation, and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities include inventory management, scheduling, training, and enforcing safety standards while delivering exceptional guest service. Evening and weekend shifts are required; experience in hospitality is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Steward Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety regulations
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Read, write and speak English fluently
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
