Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and industry trends.
• Proficiency in housekeeping software and technology.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours and weekends as needed.
