Legends Global is seeking a Sala Steward at SoFi Stadium, United States. The Steward will be responsible for washing dishes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and transporting equipment throughout the venue.

The role requires ability to lift up to 50lbs, climb ladders, and work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays. Must hold CA Food Handlers and RBS certifications; union membership is part of employment.

STEWARD

The Role The Steward is responsible for the cleanliness of dishes, kitchen, food preparation equipment, or utensils. Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand. Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition. Please note: SoFi Stadium Food and Beverage employees are covered by a collective bargaining agreement with Unite Here Local 11, and a condition of employment is union membership.

Responsibilities:

• Wash all china, glass and silverware
• Clean all equipment, pots and pans
• Store all equipment in proper locations
• Sweep and mop all floors in the kitchen
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Transport food and equipment throughout the venue as needed
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50lbs
• Ability to climb ladders
• Overhead reaching

Qualifications

Ability to work all Venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays. Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time. Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.

$28.22ph
