Job summary

Red Ledges Golf Club in Heber City, UT is seeking a seasonal Steward/Prep Cook for a six-month stint. The role offers practical kitchen responsibilities, training provided, and opportunities to grow within a hospitality-focused property operated by Troon, a global golf and community management leader.

Position pays $11.00 per hour with benefits eligibility noted. Healthcare and a 401(k) with employer match are among the offered benefits.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required but will train.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Regular and Reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes and stocks all dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware.
• Maintains kitchen cleanliness including dry storage and walk-in cooler.
• Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and disposes of garbage properly.
• Performs daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system.
• Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Cleans, washes and sanitizes all dishes, cleans kitchen after close.
• Performs other duties as required.

Red Ledges Golf Club, located in Herber City, UT, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Steward/Prep Cook! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

Compensation

$11.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities of the Steward/Prep Cook

• Cleans, sanitizes and properly stocks of all dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of entire kitchen including dry storage and walk‑in cooler, sweeping & mopping.
• Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage.
• Performs daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk‑in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system.
• Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Cleans, washes and sanitizes all dishes, cleans kitchen after close.
• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications for the Steward
