Job summary

Pinewood Country Club in Munds Park, AZ is seeking a full-time Steward to join Troon’s hospitality-focused team. You will support kitchen cleanliness, assist service staff, and help maintain a safe, sanitary environment in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong customer service skills, and a Food Handlers’ certificate. Flexibility for shifts, including nights and weekends, is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains sanitation and cleanliness of the kitchen.
• Scrapes, washes, and returns dishes, pots, pans, and glassware.
• Assists with sweeping, mopping, and polishing restaurant, bar, kitchen, and equipment.
• Stocking wait staff stations with napkins, utensils, trays, and condiments; assists service staff.
• Follows all sanitation guidelines and safe food handling procedures.
• Maintains orderly, clean kitchen, service, and storage areas; supports opening/closing tasks.
• Assists Executive Chef or Chef on Duty as needed.

Pinewood Country Club, located in Munds Park, AZ, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Steward! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Job Responsibilities And Duties

• Works closely with Executive Chef and Sous Chef in maintaining the sanitation and cleanliness of the kitchen
• Scraping food from dirty dishes, pots, pans, plates, flatware, and glasses, washing dirty dishes and putting them back in their appropriate areas
• Assisting with sweeping, mopping and polishing the restaurant, bar, kitchen and equipment
• Stocking wait staff stations with napkins, utensils, trays and condiments, and assisting the wait staff with all aspects of service
• Ability to follow all sanitation guidelines and guidelines for safe handling of food
• Help maintain an orderly, clean kitchen, eating and service areas, storage and cooler/freezer facilities, including condiment, soup, salad, pizza stations and the dish drop off area
• Assist with opening and closing tasks as required
• Assists Executive Chef or Chef on Duty with whatever is required
