The Cottonwood Hotel in Omaha is seeking a motivated Steward to maintain the cleanliness and efficiency of our culinary operations. You will support the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and equipment, while ensuring food safety and proper storage.

• Previous experience as a Steward or in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and multitask.
• Lift 25+ pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the culinary team by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area
• Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
