Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Boston is seeking a dedicated Stewarding team member to ensure a steady supply of clean dishes and silverware for all outlets, while keeping the kitchen and heart of the house clean and safe.

You will be responsible for cleaning, maintaining and sanitizing china, glass, silver, and kitchen equipment in line with production requirements and quality standards, contributing to a safe working environment.

The Role

The Stewarding team ensures that each outlet and function has an adequate supply of clean dishes and silverware and also keeps the kitchen and the heart of house clean and safe. They are responsible for the cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation of china, glass, silver, kitchen equipment and kitchen production areas in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe work environment.

Rate: $32.19 per hour
