Job summary

Mohegan Pennsylvania is seeking a dedicated cleaner to perform deep sanitation of kitchen areas and equipment at our Wilkes-Barre location. You will clean walls, floors, ceilings, pots, pans, fryers, ovens, kettles, refrigerators, ventilation hoods, and more with caustic cleaners and pressure washing gear.

You must handle vigorous scrubbing, sweeping, mopping, and scraping, remove trash and recyclables, and contribute to a high standard of guest service across shifts with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Must be able to understand and complete multiple tasks assigned with minimum supervision.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Performs deep cleaning of kitchen surfaces and equipment.
• Cleans walls, floors, ceilings, pots, pans and the cleaning of fryers, ovens, kettles, refrigerators, ventilation hoods and any other equipment.
• Cleaning procedures utilize caustic chemicals and the use of cleaning equipment such as a pressure washer.
• Cleaning requires vigorous scrubbing, sweeping, mopping and scraping.
• Removes all trash and recyclable materials from designated areas to appropriate containers.
• Promotes superior guest service.
