Job summary

Northeast Concessions, LP - Wilkes-Barre is seeking a kitchen/dish/cleaning associate to perform deep cleaning of kitchen surfaces and equipment and to maintain a high standard of cleanliness in guest areas.

Responsibilities include cleaning walls, floors, ceilings, pots, pans, fryers, ovens, kettles, refrigerators, ventilation hoods and other equipment, removing trash and recyclables, and supporting guest service with a clean environment. Work shifts are variable with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Must be able to understand and complete multiple tasks assigned with minimum supervision.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Performs deep cleaning of kitchen surfaces and equipment including walls, floors, ceilings, pots, pans, fryers, ovens, kettles, refrigerators, ventilation hoods and related items.
• Cleans and scrapes as needed using appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment such as pressure washers.
• Removes all trash and recyclables from designated areas to appropriate containers.
• Promotes superior guest service.
