Job Duties

• Perform deep cleaning of kitchen surfaces and equipment, including walls, floors, ceilings, pots, pans, fryers, ovens, kettles, refrigerators, ventilation hoods and other equipment.
• Use caustic chemicals and cleaning equipment such as a pressure washer; perform vigorous scrubbing, sweeping, mopping and scraping.
• Remove all trash and recyclable materials from designated areas to appropriate containers.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Promote superior guest service.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be able to understand and complete multiple tasks assigned with minimum supervision.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours.
