Job summary

Yellowstone Club, LLC in Big Sky, MT seeks a FOH - Food and Beverage Admin for the upcoming winter season. This seasonal full-time role supports restaurant operations by delivering food and beverages to Members and guests, ensuring professional and knowledgeable service.

The position requires at least 3 months of restaurant service experience and will involve open/close duties, sanitation-focused table prep, and close collaboration with front-of-house and kitchen teams.

Qualifications

• Three (3) months of restaurant service experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment required.
• Must complete pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Support restaurant operations by aiding in delivering food to Members and guests in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner.
• Deliver food and beverages efficiently while carrying the designated equipment.
• Communicate clearly with the front of house and kitchen staff.
• Assist in serving orders to members and guests.
• Prepare tables with attention to sanitation and presentation.
• Buss tables and assist with glassware upkeep.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area and workstation.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned by leadership.

Yellowstone Club’s Food & Beverage department is currently seeking candidates for a Food Runner for the upcoming winter season!

Responsibilities Include:

• Support restaurant operations by aiding in delivering food to Members and guests in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner

Position Requirements:

The position offered is a seasonal position located in Big Sky, Montana. All worksites are located in Gallatin County or Madison County in Montana as Yellowstone Club crosses both county lines.
