Job summary

The Kraft Group & Affiliates is seeking a Steward responsible for ware washing, surface cleaning, and transporting food and equipment throughout the restaurant. The steward supports kitchen and service operations by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards to help deliver a high-quality guest experience.

This role requires reliable, detail-oriented individuals who can work late nights, weekends and event days in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Wash all wares including but not limited to pots, pans, china, flatware, and glassware in accordance with sanitation and safety standards.
• Properly store all wares following company procedures to ensure organization and efficiency.
• Clean walls, floors, equipment, and assigned areas to maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Move, organize, and store equipment as directed to support kitchen and service operations.
• Deliver products and supplies to designated food service areas in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the dish rooms and dish machine, ensuring efficient and consistent operation.
• Special projects and assignments as business dictates.

This role follows procedures established by the Executive Steward to ensure consistency and to help deliver a high-quality product and experience to guests.
