The steward will handle dishwashing, ware storage, and delivery of products to designated areas, while upholding safety standards and contributing to a high-quality guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Wash all wares including pots, pans, china, flatware, and glassware in accordance with sanitation and safety standards.
• Properly store all wares following company procedures to ensure organization and efficiency.
• Clean walls, floors, equipment, and assigned areas to maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Move, organize, and store equipment as directed to support kitchen and service operations.
• Deliver products and supplies to designated food service areas in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the dish rooms and dish machine, ensuring efficient and consistent operation.
