Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort is seeking a Steward/Dishwasher for full-time at our Scottsdale property. The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness of china, silverware, and cookware while supporting back-of-house sanitation and related tasks in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

The position offers a starting wage of $18.50 per hour, with opportunities to grow within a renowned Hyatt brand. Applicants should be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs, with a flexible schedule

Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Starting rate: $18.50 per hour

A Steward or Dishwasher is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware and cookware. Additionally, other responsibilities may include but are not limited to, maintaining the sanitation for the back of house (including removing garbage, cleaning floors, coolers, freezers, or general stock areas), or other projects necessary to provide quality service. This person must have good communication skills and have the ability to lift, push, and pull a moderate amount of weight.

Qualifications

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Must be able to stand for long periods & lift approx. 30lbs on a regular basis.

Valid Food Handlers License preferred
