Job summary

Fiddler's Creek Golf Club in Naples, FL is seeking a Part-Time, Seasonal Steward/Dishwasher to support a fast-paced kitchen. You will clean, sanitize, stock dishes and assist with daily kitchen duties.

Applicants should have restaurant experience, reliable attendance, and be willing to obtain a Food Handlers Card. This seasonal role offers the opportunity to grow with Troon, a global leader in golf and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes, and stocks all dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of the kitchen, including dry storage and walk-in cooler; sweeps and mops.
• Empties trash receptacles and disposes of garbage properly.
• Performs daily cleaning of dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, and exhaust system.
• Stores dishes and wares in proper areas.
• Adheres to safe work practices in job performance.

Fiddler's Creek Golf Club, located in Naples, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time, Seasonal Steward/Dishwasher! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Role Type

Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes and properly stocks of all dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of entire kitchen including dry storage and walk‑in cooler, sweeping, and mopping.
• Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage.
• Performs daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk‑in shelving, steam tables, hoods, and exhaust system.
• Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Cleans, washes, and sanitizes all dishes; cleans kitchen after close.
• Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Must have experience working in fast paced restaurant experience.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Must acquire a Food Handlers Card upon employment. Applicant must provide accurate work references.
