Job summary

Fiddler's Creek Golf Club, located in Naples, FL, is seeking a Part-Time, Seasonal Steward/Dishwasher to join Troon’s hospitality team. The role is seasonal for six months or less, requiring reliability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced club setting.

Responsibilities include dishwashing, kitchen sanitation, stocking, and other duties as assigned. A Food Handlers Card is required upon employment, with references provided. Benefits include 401(k) with employer match where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must have experience working in fast paced restaurant environment.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Must acquire a Food Handlers Card upon employment; provide accurate work references.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes, and properly stocks dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of the kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler; sweeping and mopping.
• Empties kitchen trash receptacles and disposes of garbage properly.
• Performs daily cleaning of dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, and exhaust system.
• Stores all dishes and wares in proper areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Cleans, washes, and sanitizes all dishes; cleans kitchen after close.
• Performs other duties as required.
