Job summary

Hyatt Centric Key West Resort & Spa in Old Town Key West is looking for a dependable Steward/Dishwasher to join our Food & Beverage team. You’ll help keep the kitchen clean, organized, and sanitary to support chefs and service staff.

This full-time role requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You’ll wash and store dishes and help with deep cleaning, equipment flow during service, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic in a fast-paced team environment.
• Clear communication with colleagues and supervisors.
• Hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift, push, and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, F&B, and dining areas.
• Wash and store all china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and equipment.
• Keep dishwashing and kitchen areas clean, sanitized, and organized during shifts.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and sanitation duties as assigned.
• Support culinary team by ensuring a steady flow of clean equipment during service.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards and maintain a safe work environment.

The Hyatt Centric Key West Resort & Spa is looking for a dependable and hardworking Steward/Dishwasher to join our Food & Beverage team. Located in the heart of Old Town Key West, our resort is just steps from the vibrant energy of Duval Street and home to Four Flamingos, A Richard Blais Key West Kitchen & Blue Mojito Bar.

As a Steward, you'll play a vital role in supporting our culinary and restaurant teams by maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment. Your work helps ensure our chefs and service teams have everything they need to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

What You'll Do

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of kitchen, Food & Beverage, and colleague dining areas.
