Pay Range

This range is provided by Renaissance Denver Hotel & Conference Center. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $19.50/hr - $19.50/hr

Opportunity: Steward / Dishwasher

Perform dishwashing and kitchen cleaning functions.

Your Growth Path

Cook or Stewarding Supervisor - Executive Steward or Sous Chef.

Your Responsibilities
  • Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans.
  • Operate dishwashing and other kitchen cleaning equipment.
  • Store clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils.
  • Stock supplies in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.
  • Sweep and wash floors, clean trash cans.
  • Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
  • Assist in food preparation during staffing shortages or peak periods.
  • Work towards increasing guest satisfaction scores.
  • Follow sustainability guidelines related to HHM’s EarthView program.
  • Practice safe work habits, wear protective equipment, and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous stewarding experience or equivalent training required.
