Job Overview:

The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. Your primary responsibility will be to wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and utensils.

Key Responsibilities:

Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand.

Scrape food from dishes and sort items into appropriate categories.

Load and unload dishwashing machines.

Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area.

Sweep and mop floors in the kitchen area.

Take out trash and recycling.

Assist with other kitchen tasks as needed, such as cleaning equipment or stocking supplies.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred but not required.

Ability to work in a hot, humid environment.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
