Job summary

Noble House Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Steward/Dishwasher for Snake River Sporting Club, a luxury retreat near Jackson. You will support the Food and Beverage and Culinary teams by washing and sanitizing dishes and keeping kitchen areas clean to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing machines and manually wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
• Ensure all items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including floors, walls, workstations, and equipment.
• Ensure all areas are free from debris and hazards.
• Safely operate and maintain dishwashing equipment.
• Report any malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor.

Description

The Steward/Dishwasher supports the Food and Beverage and Culinary Team by ensuring that the dishes are washed and sanitized consistent with health guidelines, and the kitchen/dining areas are maintained consistent with the standard of excellence guests come to expect from Snake River Sporting Club.
