Job summary

Four Seasons in California seeks a dedicated Steward to support our Food and Beverage outlets with exceptional service and meticulous cleanliness. You will participate in the Stewarding department, reporting to the Stewarding leadership, and ensure the highest level of sanitation while handling cleaning chemicals safely.

This full-time role offers benefits and growth opportunities within a luxury hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or culinary environment preferred.
• Familiarity with dishwashing equipment and sanitation protocols.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using a dish machine
• Maintain the sanitation of all major kitchen equipment, culinary and food and beverage facilities
• Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
• Maintain the silver polishing program
• Utilize and handle cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner

About The Role

The Steward supports our Food and Beverage outlets in providing award-winning service through attention to detail, ensuring the highest level of cleanliness. This role is part of the Stewarding department, reporting into the Stewarding leadership.

What You Will Do
