The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated is seeking a Steward to support back-of-house operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will handle food, beverage, and supply needs, place orders, and manage deliveries with accuracy to keep kitchens stocked and efficient.

Ideal candidates will have restaurant or food service experience, strong communication, and teamwork skills, plus knowledge of sanitation standards.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary support for all food, beverage, and supply needs.
• Place orders while maintaining accurate documentation and inventory logs.
• Receive and inspect deliveries, verify order accuracy, weights, and measurements, meeting quality standards.
• Stock, zone, and organize inventory in dry storage, coolers, and freezers.
• Rotate inventory using FIFO practices.
• Maintain organized storage systems for kitchen efficiency.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Work with speed and a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow instructions accurately and complete tasks with attention to detail.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, fostering vendor relations.
• Demonstrate leadership through accountability and problem solving.
• Multitask and stay composed under pressure with a positive attitude.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary support for all food, beverage, and supply needs
• Place orders while maintaining accurate documentation and inventory logs
• Receive and inspect deliveries, verifying order accuracy, weights, and measurements while ensuring items meet quality standards
• Stock, zone, and organize inventory in designated areas, including dry storage, coolers, and freezers
• Rotate inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out) practices
• Maintain organized storage systems that support kitchen efficiency and accessibility
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
• Work with speed and a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment

Your Background

• Previous restaurant, kitchen, or food service industry experience preferred
• Experience with inventory, ordering, receiving, or supply management, a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
• Ability to maintain accuracy with attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and organized team player
• Dependable, adaptable, and dedicated with a strong work ethic
• Passion for hospitality and contributing to a positive workplace culture
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, continuously bend, reach and twist
• Must be at least 18 years old
