Four Seasons Hotel Seattle is seeking a Steward who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate service experience. You will support all kitchen outlets by cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining equipment to the highest standards.

U.S. work authorization is required; the role offers a competitive hourly wage of $24.76 plus service charges, generous paid time off, medical/dental/vision, retirement plan with employer match, and employee dining and other

Qualifications

• High school education (preferred).
• Working knowledge is typically learned on-the-job. Previous stewarding experience is a plus but not a requirement.
• Ability to operate, maintain and properly clean dishwashing machine, sinks, floor cleaning equipment, and silver burnisher
• A positive and energetic demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using a dish machine
• Maintaining the sanitation of all major kitchen equipment, culinary and food and beverage facilities
• Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
• Maintaining the silver polishing program
• Utilizing and handling cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner

Four Seasons Hotel Seattle is looking for a Steward who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate service experience. Our Stewards are a part of a dynamic team that supports all our Food and Beverage outlets in providing award-winning service. This position reports to the Assistant Stewarding Manager. U.S. work authorization is required for this position.

Key Elements of the Job
