Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Seattle is seeking a Steward (full-time) who will support all Food and Beverage outlets by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. The role reports to the Assistant Stewarding Manager and requires U.S. work authorization.

Key tasks include operating the dish machine, cleaning and sanitizing kitchen areas and equipment, and maintaining silver polishing and safety protocols. A friendly, energetic attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• High school education (preferred).
• Previous stewarding experience is a plus but not a requirement.
• Ability to operate, maintain and properly clean dishwashing machine, sinks, floor cleaning equipment, and silver burnisher.
• A positive and energetic demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using a dish machine.
• Maintain sanitation of all major kitchen equipment, culinary and food & beverage facilities.
• Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
• Maintain the silver polishing program.
• Utilize and handle cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner.

Four Seasons Hotel Seattle is looking for a Steward who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate service experience. Our Stewards are a part of a dynamic team that supports all our Food and Beverage outlets in providing award-winning service. This position reports to the Assistant Stewarding Manager.
