Four Seasons Hotel Seattle is seeking a Steward to support our Food and Beverage outlets with award-winning service. You will clean and sanitize kitchen areas, operate dishwashing equipment, and uphold the highest sanitation standards in a fast-paced luxury setting.

This full-time role reports to the Assistant Stewarding Manager; U.S. work authorization is required. A positive, energetic demeanor and willingness to learn on the job are essential.

Qualifications

• High school education (preferred).
• On-the-job learning is common in this role.
• Previous stewarding experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to operate and maintain dishwashing equipment and related tools.

Responsabilités

• Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using a dish machine.
• Maintain sanitation of kitchen equipment and facilities.
• Clean pots, pans, and kitchen utensils to high standards.
• Support silver polishing program and maintain cleanliness.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and responsibly.

Four Seasons Hotel Seattle is looking for a Steward who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate service experience. Our Stewards are a part of a dynamic team that supports all our Food and Beverage outlets in providing award-winning service. This position reports to the Assistant Stewarding Manager. U.S. work authorization is required for this position.

Key Elements of the Job

• Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using a dish machine
• Maintaining the sanitation of all major kitchen equipment, culinary and food and beverage facilities
• Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
• Maintaining the silver polishing program
• Utilizing and handling cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• High school education (preferred)
• Working knowledge is typically learned on-the-job. Previous stewarding experience is a plus but not a requirement.
• Ability to operate, maintain and properly clean dishwashing machine, sinks, floor cleaning equipment, and silver burnisher
• A positive and energetic demeanor
