POSITION SUMMARY: Assist in the set-up, operation, and cleanup of the restaurant's interior and exterior. Wash, store, and stock all plateware, glassware, utensils, cups, bowls, pots, pans, and other smallwares and equipment. Maintain the dishwashing machine and keep the area clean and sanitary.
