Job Description

The Steward is responsible for sanitizing all kitchen areas and equipment to ensure cleanliness and hygiene in food preparation and service areas.

Responsibilities

1. Cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen equipment, including stoves, grills, prep tables, etc.
2. Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen areas, floors, and walls.
3. Cleaning and sanitizing Food and Beverage outlets, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, etc.
4. Heavy-duty cleaning of ovens, hoods, grills, sinks, walls, floors, and other heavy equipment.
5. Vacuuming carpeted areas throughout food and beverage outlets.
6. Washing tile floors in all food and beverage areas.
7. Completing other duties as assigned.
