Job summary

The Lodge of Four Seasons Lake Ozark is seeking a Steward to maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas. Responsibilities include washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and ensuring proper sanitation to support smooth service.

You will assist with food preparation and service as needed, in a fast-paced team environment, contributing to a safe and welcoming dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
• Sweep or scrub floors.
• Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.
• Assist with food preparation and service as needed.
• Ensure that all areas are properly sanitized.
