Job summary

Concord Hospitality Investments is seeking a Steward to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across kitchen and service areas. You will follow health and safety standards, support kitchen operations through dishwashing and equipment care, and collaborate with culinary and service teams to promote smooth workflows.

Job description

The Steward demonstrates a strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness, organization, and sanitation in all kitchen and service areas. Stewards consistently follow health and safety standards, support kitchen operations through efficient dishwashing and equipment care, and ensure all supplies and workspaces are properly maintained. The Steward works collaboratively with culinary and service teams to promote a smooth workflow, demonstrates reliability, and maintains a positive, professional attitude even in high-volume environments

As a Steward, you will:

• Ensure the cleanliness of all dishware. Carefully wash by hand, and safely and skillfully operate the washing equipment, to thoroughly clean all service ware, cookware and utensils, including polishing stainless and silver ware.
• Help maintain safety in the kitchen by clearing spills promptly, keeping all kitchen equipment, oven vents, all floor, wall, and cook surfaces, thoroughly clean. Empty, wash, and return trash bins over ¾ full. Keep the wash area organized.
• Pitch in to help with special and deep cleaning projects. Fundamentals Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is helpful.
