Job summary

Concord Hospitality is looking for Stewards/Dishwashers to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. This role emphasizes keeping all dishware and cookware spotless and supporting a safe, organized kitchen environment.

You will hand-wash items, operate washing equipment safely, and participate in deep cleaning projects while collaborating with fellow associates to uphold cleanliness and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is helpful.
• Ability to clean and sanitize dishware and kitchen areas.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the cleanliness of all dishware. Carefully wash by hand, and safely and skillfully operate the washing equipment, to thoroughly clean all service ware, cookware and utensils, including polishing stainless and silver ware.
• Help maintain safety in the kitchen by clearing spills promptly, keeping all kitchen equipment, oven vents, all floor, wall, and cook surfaces, thoroughly clean.
• Pitch in to help with special and deep cleaning projects.

• Pitch in to help with special and deep cleaning projects. Fundamentals Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is helpful.
