Job summary

Concord Hospitality is hiring for a full-time dishwashing associate in Jacksonville, FL. You will ensure all dishware is thoroughly cleaned by hand and with washing equipment, including polishing stainless and silverware.

The role emphasizes safety by promptly clearing spills and maintaining clean floors, walls, and surfaces. You will participate in deep cleaning projects and routine cleaning tasks, with prior kitchen experience considered helpful for a smooth start.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen safety by promptly clearing spills, cleaning all surfaces, and keeping the wash area organized; empty trash when full.
• Participate in special cleaning projects and contribute to routine and deep-cleaning tasks.

Job description

• Ensure the cleanliness of all dishware. Carefully wash by hand, and safely and skillfully operate the washing equipment, to thoroughly clean all service ware, cookware and utensils, including polishing stainless and silver ware.
• Help maintain safety in the kitchen by clearing spills promptly, keeping all kitchen equipment, oven vents, all floor, wall, and cook surfaces, thoroughly clean. Empty, wash, and return trash bins over ¾ full. Keep the wash area organized.
• Pitch in to help with special and deep cleaning projects. Fundamentals Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is helpful.
