Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises in Jacksonville, Florida is hiring Stewards/Dishwashers to keep dishware spotless and to operate washing equipment safely and efficiently.

You will help maintain kitchen safety by clearing spills, cleaning floors and surfaces, and assisting with deep cleaning projects as needed.

This full-time position includes benefits, training and development, and opportunities for advancement within Concord properties.

• Experience in dishwashing or kitchen helpful.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the cleanliness of all dishware and operate the washing equipment to thoroughly clean service ware, cookware and utensils.
• Help maintain kitchen safety by clearing spills promptly and keeping floors, walls and surfaces clean and organized.
• Pitch in to help with special cleaning and deep cleaning projects and other duties as assigned.

We are hiring Stewards/Dishwashers!

As Stewards/Dishwashers, you will:

• Ensure the cleanliness of all dishware. Carefully wash by hand, and safely and skillfully operate the washing equipment, to thoroughly clean all service ware, cookware and utensils, including polishing stainless and silver ware.
• Help maintain safety in the kitchen by clearing spills promptly, keeping all kitchen equipment, oven vents, all floor, wall, and cook surfaces, thoroughly clean. Empty, wash, and return trash bins over ¾ full. Keep the wash area organized.
• Pitch in to help with special and deep cleaning projects. Fundamentals Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is helpful.
